As a club we are very proud to have several Junior and Masters Internationals in our ranks…
Several players from our Senior XIs will represent their Countries in tournaments across Europe over the Easter break and into the Spring:
• Scott Patterson (Scotland u18s) will travel to Leuven, Belgium where Scotland will play matches against Ireland, Austria & Belgium
• Isaac Edwards (England u16s) similarly plays a four nations for England in Tonbridge v Scotland, Belgium & Austria
• Tim Bartlett (Wales ov50s) – travels to Valencia, Spain for the European Championships in early May as well as the Home Nations in Cardiff in July
• Alistair Hammond (Wales ov35s) – made his National Masters debut last weekend, and will travel to Cork, Ireland for a Home Nations tournament in early May
This is in addition to former WuE HC player Caitlin Witham (now at Clifton Robinsons HC & Wales) recently being selected for the GB Hockey Elite Development Programme. You can find out more about that here:

Away from the full International scene, Charlie Emms (Hartpury College & WuE HC M1) will attend an Easter training camp for the England College’s Mens team ahead of matches against Wales u18s & Scotland u18s in May. In addition, Nina Blackburn & Jos Reynard (both KLB & WuE HC L1) will travel with a Hockey Mentors XI to Belfast to play a series of games v Ulster Hockey later in the Summer
