As part of England Hockey’s “#hockeyfest” initiative we’ll be running a series of junior events alongside senior friendlies on SATURDAY 5th SEPTEMBER with a pub social for seniors in the evening as a get together following the first games of the season (I’ll post up a separate facebook ‘event’ for that…)

JUNIORS
• U8s (year 1,2 and 3) 0930-1015
• U10s and U12s (year 4,5,6 and 7) 1015-1200

Badgers & VIxens (U16s) 1015-1200

Come and play some fun hockey to shake the cobwebs off. It will be a great chance to run around, show off your skills and see your team mates again. All welcome, any standard, bring a friend along too.
£3 match fee. Gum shields and shin pads essential. Hockey sticks available to borrow.

Mens 1s v Gloucester City 1s (home, 1400)

Possible Mens 4s game to be added (home, 1530)

Thereafter, meet in the Swan at 1930-2000 and see where the night takes us… 

OTHER UPCOMING EVENTS
Don’t forget of course there is a social rounders event on the field at KLB this Friday (21 AUG) evening for seniors followed by drinks in Wotton. Do let Neil F know if you are attending so he can manage numbers.
