Welcome drinks (complementary Bucks Fizz on arrival) will be from 1830 in the Atrium Bar, which will be for our exclusive use. Signage in the main reception area will point you in the right direction.

Dinner will be served in the Westminster Suite from 1915, we will have our own private cash bar (Salisbury Bar) just outside the dining area. You can buy wine for your table at either bar.

After dinner, there will be the presentation of awards followed by the disco (all in the Westminster Suite) until 0100.

Table plans will be displayed in and around the Atrium Bar prior to dinner, and in the Westminster Suite.
Reminders of your menu choices will be on each table, in addition to a programme showing the running order and a reminder of previous award winners. After Dinner Tea & Coffee is not included but can be ordered on request.
